Will my dog overheat wearing a raincoat?

How do I choose the right size?

We offer sizes from XS to 3XL, plus a short-leg friendly fit (sizes #1–#2) for Corgis. Please: 1. Measure your dog's weight, and use back length, chest, and neck as reference. 2. Compare with our size chart. 3. Contact us via "SUPPORT" with your dog's photo and measurements for personalized advice.

How to measure size?
Measure three points: back length (base of neck to base of tail), chest girth (widest part of the ribcage), and neck girth. Compare these with our size chart, or use our Size Assistant tool for a quick recommendation based on your dog's weight and breed.
My dog dislikes wearing clothes — will PETT2GO feel uncomfortable?
PETT2GO uses lightweight, breathable fabric with our RunFree Cut design, built to move naturally with your dog's body instead of restricting it. Many dogs who dislike stiff or heavy clothing adjust well to PETT2GO because it feels closer to "not wearing anything" than a typical raincoat. We recommend a short, positive first fitting indoors before heading outside.
Are dogs afraid of wearing raincoats?
Some dogs are unfamiliar with wearing clothing at first. The key is a gradual, positive introduction: let your dog sniff and see the raincoat, put it on for a few minutes indoors with treats and praise, and slowly increase wear time before your first outdoor walk. Most dogs adjust within a few short sessions.
Which dog breeds are suited for full-body raincoats?
PETT2GO raincoats cover the full range from small breeds like Corgis to large breeds, with sizes XS to 3XL. For reference: a Shiba Inu around 14kg typically wears size S, a Weimaraner around 21kg wears size L, and a Corgi around 11kg wears size #1. Both small and large dogs get more protection from the full-body design in rain, hiking, or cold weather.

What weather and occasions are PETT2GO raincoats suitable for?

Care & Maintenance

Can I wash PETT2GO products? Yes. Hand wash or use gentle machine wash. Avoid bleach. Before washing: close zippers. After washing: air dry, or tumble dry on low heat. This helps maintain the water-repellent finish on the surface.

Does the water-repellent finish weaken over time?
Like most water-resistant textiles, the coating's performance can gradually decrease with wear, washing, and prolonged UV exposure over time. Following the care instructions above — hand wash or gentle cycle, no bleach, air dry — helps extend its performance and lifespan.
Can it be dry-cleaned or repaired?
We recommend hand washing or gentle machine washing at home. Dry cleaning is not recommended, as dry-cleaning solvents may affect the water-repellent finish. If your product has a defect or damage, please contact us via "SUPPORT" or on LINE (@pett2go) with photos, and we'll advise on repair or replacement options.

Ordering & Shipping

How long will shipping take after purchase? Taiwan: ships in 1–2 days, delivered in 1–3 days. Overseas (US, EU, Asia): Amazon FBA or international shipping, approx. 7–14 days.

How long does it take for support to respond?
We typically respond within 24 hours.
Do overseas orders need to pay customs duties?
Taxes within Taiwan are covered by us. For overseas orders, any customs duties are the buyer's responsibility, based on each country's customs regulations.

Returns & Warranty

What if the size doesn't fit or there's an issue? You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order: for a size exchange, the return shipping cost is covered by the customer; for a product defect, you may choose a replacement or a full refund. Is there a warranty?
Please see the "Returns & Warranty" section above for our full policy: within 7 days of receipt, size exchanges are available (return shipping paid by the customer), and defective items may be exchanged or fully refunded.
Do custom or sale items qualify for returns?
