Why 80% coverage, not 90%?
Many pet gear brands chase "complete" coverage at the cost of freedom of movement. Testing showed us hoods block vision and cause anxiety, tail covers irritate constantly, and overly long leg coverage restricts joints. So we set coverage at ~80% — a deliberate trade-off, not a limitation.
Double-Stitched, Taped Seam Construction
The industry standard seals seams with tape alone — fast, but the tape loses adhesion over time and the seam tears once it fails. We stitch every seam solidly first, then seal it with waterproof tape as a second layer — so the stitching still holds even after the tape ages.
